Frequently Asked Questions
How do I receive my perks?
After payment, link your Steam account on our site and join Discord. Your in-game and Discord perks are activated within 24 hours by an admin.
Is this pay to win?
No. Carry weight and kit perks help quality of life but do not grant combat advantages. All kills and leaderboard positions are earned fairly.
Do I keep perks through wipes?
Your Donation Role ranking is kept through wipes. However, all donations reset — you will need to donate again to maintain your tier benefits. Perks like Clan Tag, Clan Flag, Skin Manager and Skin Season go away since they are monthly payments or subscriptions and reset with each wipe. The exception: Personal Gear Skins are lifetime and never reset.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal (card, balance, or linked bank). Payments are handled securely by PayPal and we never store card details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime from your PayPal account. Perks remain active until the end of the paid period.
I donated but haven't got my perks
Open a ticket in our Discord. Make sure your Steam ID is linked on the site. Usual activation time is <24 hours.
