Section One

Rule Violations & Consequences

1.1

⚠ Minor Violations — First offence = final warning.
Examples: Spam, inappropriate language, minor griefing.
Consequences: Warning • Temporary mute or short-term ban.

1.2

🛡 Major Violations — Serious actions, serious consequences.
Examples: Harassment, major griefing, serious exploiting.
Consequences: Immediate ban • Appeal process available. ✖ BAN

1.3

⊘ Severe Violations — Zero tolerance policy.
Examples: Cheating, doxxing, serious harassment, repeated offences.
Consequences: Permanent ban • No appeals accepted. ☠ PERM BAN

Section Two

No Theft Policy

2.1

You are not allowed, in any situation, to steal from anyone. This includes: stealing cars, stealing items, stealing from bases, or any form of unauthorized taking. Any valid report will result in an instant permanent ban. Respect other survivors. Survival is earned, not stolen. ☠ PERM BAN

Section Three

Gameplay Rules

3.1

Know the rules. Ignorance is not an excuse.

3.2

Your Discord name must match your in-game name at all times.

3.3

Report bugs and exploits via tickets. Abuse of exploits will be punished. ✖ BAN

3.4

No PvP is allowed on the PvE server. ☠ PERM BAN

3.5

Cheating or abusing glitches is strictly forbidden. ☠ PERM BAN

3.6

Combat logging is not allowed. Logging out to escape danger will result in punishment. ⚠ WARNING

3.7

Only English in global chat. No bullying, racism, or abuse. ⚠ WARNING

3.8

Do not share server secrets — trader locations, bunkers, hidden areas. Everything is meant to be discovered. ✖ BAN

3.9

Respect no-fly zones. Vehicles destroyed in these areas are not recoverable.

3.10

Loot cycling and farming the same locations repeatedly is forbidden. ⚠ WARNING

Section Four

Trader Rules

4.1

No abandoned vehicles. Vehicles left in trader areas will be impounded for 15,000. Admin review can extend punishment up to 7 days without the vehicle.

4.2

Keep trader locations secret. Sharing trader locations is not allowed. Violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban. ✖ BAN

4.3

Drive responsibly. Reckless driving, ramming, or improper behaviour will be punished. Vehicles may be deleted. Trader access is a privilege — act accordingly. ⚠ WARNING

Section Five

Discord Rules

5.1

Identity & Conduct: Your Discord nickname must match your in-game name. Failure may result in: Warning • Kick • Temporary ban.

5.2

Respect & Behaviour: Toxicity is strictly forbidden. Treat all members with respect. Maintain a clean and respectful environment.

5.3

Authority: Disrespecting admins or players is not allowed. Admin decisions must always be respected.

Section Six

Restricted Terms & Exploitation

6.1

🚗 Vehicle AI Exploitation: Using vehicles to intentionally attract, manipulate, or farm AI while abusing vehicle recovery, insurance, garages, or similar mechanics is exploitative gameplay. ☠ PERM BAN

6.2

🔍 Discovery & Exploration: Players are not permitted to request hidden mechanics, secret locations, event solutions, progression shortcuts, or special hints from the administration team. This philosophy is core to the Breathless identity. ⏱ 7-DAY BAN

6.3

⊘ Restricted Terms: Do not ask for trader locations or any type of location.
First offence: Kick • Repeated: 7-day ban.

6.4

📋 Ban Enforcement & Evidence: Administrative actions are not taken lightly. All significant punishments are reviewed and supported by available evidence. Bans may be shared through common ban systems between participating communities.
